PIXLIP wants to revolutionise traditional trade fair and shop fitting not only physically, but also digitally. With a well thought-out online strategy and an online shop that makes the purchasing process seamless and interactive, the company is setting new standards in the industry. Customers have the opportunity to configure products in 3D and purchase them directly, from the professional systems in the PIXLIP Expo series to the cost-effective PIXLIP Go, which is aimed at end users.

A key challenge in expanding the online strategy was to establish effective attribution of the sales channels to the respective online marketing activities in order to accurately measure and optimise the effectiveness of their campaigns. At the same time, a systematic acquisition strategy was developed in order to generate and process leads in a more targeted manner. Another critical point was the optimisation of the user experience on the website. The aim was to improve visitor interaction with the site, which in turn would have a positive impact on the customer journey and the overall conversion rate in the new shop.

The introduction of SalesViewer® provided PIXLIP with effective solutions to the previously identified challenges. In particular, the video function and the highlighting of the buyer intent of the website visitors identified by SalesViewer® made it possible to significantly improve the user experience of the online shop. By analysing in detail how visitors interact with the website, targeted measures could be taken to increase user-friendliness and thus conversion rates. In addition, SalesViewer® made it easier to categorise and contact warm leads based on their size, which contributed to the targeted and efficient acquisition strategy.

Thanks to the analysis functions of SalesViewer®, PIXLIP was able to systematically and precisely categorise customer enquiries according to specific products and thus improve its own CRM processes. This not only resulted in a faster response time to individual customer needs, but also a targeted personalisation of customer communication. In addition, the improved data quality and processing led to optimised workflows within the CRM system, which in turn increased the effectiveness of the entire sales process. Overall, the implementation of SalesViewer® enabled a significant improvement in operational efficiency and strategic alignment in customer care at PIXLIP.

The integration of SalesViewer® has not only led to an improved user experience and more efficient customer acquisition, but has also significantly improved internal working methods by simplifying the CRM system.
